Q: Where can I buy Pilot products? Can I buy directly from you?
A: Unfortunately Pilot is a wholesale company only and we do not sell directly to the public. We are fortunate enough to have distributors, dealers and jobbers located all around the world. Please see our Dealer Locator section to find the closest location to purchase Pilot products. If you are having a problem finding locations near you please feel free to give us a call so that we may assist you.
Q: How do I get pricing information?
A: To obtain pricing information you must have a dealer account open with us. Our pricing information is not open to the public.
Q: How do I become an authorized dealer?
A: To become an authorized dealer of Pilot products, you'll need to place a minimum order and fill out the following application forms.
• Credit Application
• Trade Reference Application
California residents will be required to submit a California Reseller's Permit.

Q: I would like to return an item I purchased through a Pilot vendor?
A: Please have your purchase receipt ready and contact the Pilot vendor where the item was purchased. Our vendors should be able to process your return.
Q: I would like to know about a product's warranty?
A: For product warranty information, give us a call at 800-237-7560. Please have your purchase receipt ready so that we can determine the date of purchase. We will need to know the product's part number which could be found on the product's original packaging or on the purchase reciept. We will also need to know the place of purchase to help fulfill a warranty.
